I was a teddy bear in Kindergarden. My mom stayed-up late sewing a furry suit complete with ears & paws. It was definitely the best halloween costume I had, growing up. When I hit high school I got to dress-up for spirit week, but was always back at National FFA Convention over Halloween. So, for 9 years I was an FFA member for Halloween. I know, I’m lucky: national blue corduroy jacket, corn gold emblem, with my bling hanging on a chain at my hip. Awesome.

So though I was a little nostalgic over not being at National FFA Convention, I got to dress-up for Halloween! My cool friend Anneke asked her mom to send me a dress from Lakeview, which arrived in time to inspire a 40’s pin curl & red feather headpiece.

I wasn’t the only one who decided on wearing a little netting for halloween. Taleah’s outfit was also inspired by a black dress, only she morphed into a grunge pop princess complete with a Tiara. Don’t we rock our black netting well!?
